Last year I was touring and performing alongside orchestras, physically interpreting the animals of Saint-Saens' Carnival of the Animals. I wrote poetry to introduce the sections of Carnival since the Ogden Nash stuff we were using is getting dated. Those pieces have been accepted for publication by Dollhouse Publishing, a group which has connected the work to a wonderful Mexican sculptor - Cesar Cordoba - who is creating a wonderful huge sculpture for the book. I am also confirming an offer to perform and tour with Carnival again at Performing Arts Centres in the Fall under COVID restrictions.
